Middle Years Programme Facilitator

Todd joined the staff at Huron High School in 2014 teaching AP Physics and General Physics. Todd brings 19 years of classroom experience to AAPS and is currently serving as a member of the AAPS IB advisory committee and the IB teacher leadership group.

As part of his master’s degree in physics education from EMU, Todd attended the modeling method of physics instruction program at Arizona State University. Since completing this instruction, Todd has successfully incorporated this inquiry style of instruction into his teaching.

For the previous six years, Todd taught several IB courses at the International Academy in Oakland County, primarily physics and Theory of Knowledge. Todd has also served as an IB Examiner in physics for the past four years, scoring the Physics HL Paper 3.
